Kitty Carpenter studied Creative Writing at Missouri State University. Her work has appeared in Rattle, Book of Matches, and Rat’s Ass Review, among others. She is currently a caregiver and lives in rural Missouri with her cranky, senior dog and four rambunctious cats.
