Molly Schultz

Molly Schultz is studying to receive her MFA from the University of Idaho. She spent two years in Uzbekistan as a Peace Corps volunteer, and now resides in Moscow, ID.  “Cooking the National Dish of Uzbekistan” is her first published essay.
