Brandon Lewis

Brandon Lewis grew up in Wisconsin and now lives in NYC, where he teaches at a public high school. He received an MFA in poetry from George Mason and has taught poetry for Harvard Extension School. His writing is found in such journals as The Massachusetts Review, The Missouri Review, American Poetry Review, Barrow Street, Indiana Review, Iowa Review, DIAGRAM, and Narrative Magazine. This fall, he won the 2022 Lush Triumphant Literary Award for Nonfiction and the Hal Prize for nonfiction.
