Who’s Don DeLillo?

March 18, 2013 by PBQ

Overheard at AWP #483: “Who? Don DeLillo? Who’s Don DeLillo?”

The New Republic has a great write-up of AWP from Steve Almond, and in it Almond mentions the origin of AWP and the dedication of writers to updating the canon. That energy — the tension between what has been done and what might be done — is alive and well at AWP, and there are writers doing things we hadn’t seen or even thought of… so we have faith that there’s still a lot to be done with words.

We’re looking forward to new work, but it’s never a bad idea to go back and read Libra.
