PBQ’s October Slam Bam Thank You Ma’am!

October 28, 2016 by PBQ

To kick off the Halloweekend, Painted Bride Quarterly hosted its monthly night of Slam, Bam, Thank You Ma’am! at Philadelphia’s Pen and Pencil! The lovely Alejandro Morales, from Good Good Comedy, not only hosted the event, but even joined in on a night of improv writing with prompts about “fluffy chickens,” burying the past and women who roll their own cigarettes, ending the night with thoughts on personal growth and survival. We thank all of the old and new faces (and Oscar the Grouch) who came out, and we hope to see you next month!
