Catherine Arturi Parilla’s poetry has appeared in The Alembic, Compass Rose, Crack the Spine (online and Winter Anthology 2014), descant, Diverse Voices, Eclipse, Green Hills Literary Lantern, Griffin, Knightscapes, Painted Bride, Pisgah Review, Poem, and Wisconsin Review. Presently she is working on her manuscript, Shadows Lie. For three years she has been a poetry reader for YARN, an internet network for young adult literature. YARN is the recipient of the 2011 Innovations in Reading Prize from the National Book Foundation. She has taught academic and creative writing at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Montclair State University, and New York University and resides in Alpine, NJ.
